Quotes provided via the website, phone or email are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may be adjusted if the property condition, size, or scope differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed once a date and time are agreed. We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling — see Cancellation Policy below.

8. Liability
